We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used cosmetic or skincare products (Purleys)

  • Opened bottles of liquid home-use products (Doctevo)

  • Ayurvedic or health consumables (Vaidam) once the seal is broken

Exceptions may apply in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.

  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
